Peak is a diversity program designed to provide a safe environment for women in leadership roles to connect. Established in 2018, it now has become a close-knit community for women in leadership roles across technology, business transformation, and data sectors.
Why it’s great
The senior women in Emmbr’s network were missing a trusted network. Too often, women in leadership—particularly in the Tech sector—find themselves in the minority at events, making it challenging to amplify their voices.
This is why Peak was created.
It’s a vibrant community where women in leadership can connect regularly in a supportive, collaborative environment. Peak provides a platform to exchange ideas, tackle challenges, learn about market trends, and share career ambitions—fostering encouragement and growth. Members who join the virtual forums gain valuable networking and learning opportunities.
A Trusted Space for Women in Leadership
Designed for leaders in technology, business transformation, and data, Peak is facilitated by Emmbr to create a close-knit, trusted network. Members use the platform to share insights, recommend resources, and find support in a seamless, multi-channel communication experience.
Peak evolved quickly from its initiation in 2018. The sessions are energised, and the noise levels are sometimes through the roof, as you may expect when you bring together a group of intelligent, empathetic, highly educated and successful women. Peak now consists of more than 250 members, including individuals in positions such as CIO, Chief Data Officer, Head of IT, GM Technology, Data Leaders, Head of Digital Programs, and CISO.
