Join a key system implementation project as a Trainer, supporting the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FinOps). This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll be responsible for creating training materials and delivering engaging sessions to ensure effective user adoption.
About the Role
As a Trainer, you will develop tailored training content and deliver sessions to support business users through the transition to Dynamics 365 FinOps. While the training process is already mapped out, you will be responsible for building content aligned with business processes and ensuring users gain practical understanding of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training materials and user guides for Dynamics 365 FinOps modules
- Facilitate engaging training sessions (face-to-face and/or virtual) for a range of stakeholders
- Collaborate with business SMEs and project teams to ensure training aligns with processes and system functionality
- Provide post-training support and respond to user queries
- Incorporate feedback to enhance learning content and delivery
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering training for financial ERP system implementations, ideally with Dynamics 365 FinOps
- Experience with other financial ERP systems (e.g. TechOne, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) will also be highly regarded
- Strong capability in developing clear training content tailored to business users
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across various formats
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse user groups
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment
