As Technology Business Partner, you'll manage the technology strategy, drive projects & other initiatives, build relationships at all levels across the business, including members of the exec team. You'll demonstrate program & project management at a senior level and will possess a deep understanding of technology, likely from earlier career experience as an architect, tester or other technical role. You have experience in the healthcare industry, including EMR domain.

This Australian health care services provider, a well-known brand in households, is currently undergoing a major digital uplift that has resulted in the creation of several new positions.

About the Role:

As the Technology Business Partner, your role will encompass that of a genuine business partner, a problem solver, and a relationship manager. While not being a technical position, you will need to possess a sound understanding of how technology can be applied in a business context to enhance operational efficiency and resolve business problems.

Responsibilities:

•• Collaborate with the technology team and broader business to plan, design and deliver digital and technology series to support growth and operational plans and strategic objectives
• Partner with the executive team to provide insights and direction on capability requirements to deliver the IT road map
• Lead and coordinate the planning, budgeting, design & delivery of technology applications
• Understand drivers and priorities and translate these to the digital road map and project pipeline
• Lead, develop and manage the engagement process between technology and the broader business
• Act as key escalation point for P1 & P2 incidents and look for new ways of working to improve incident response and recovery

The role doesn't require you to have a background as an architect or developer, although it's possible that you may have such experience. While this is not a technical position, having a comprehensive knowledge of how the use of technology is optimised to resolve business issues is crucial. Your ability to get to the core of a business problem and collaborate with technical experts to find solutions is essential for this position.
