Resilience, fairness and trust are virtues that are intrinsic to who I am. When I am closest to these words, I am at my best.
As a member of Emmbr's Senior Leadership team, I lead the strategy for trusted client partnerships. I help clients solve problems by introducing great talent across technology, digital and data markets at executive and senior leadership levels. This includes CIO, CTO, CDO, Head of IT, IT Manager, Head of Infrastructure and Operations, Head of Service Management, Head of Data Governance, Head of Security, EGM, GM Technology and Digital.
With a career spanning over 30 years (so far!) working in this sector still excites me. I still run towards a challenge; although sometimes painful, I always grow.
I am also genuinely passionate about providing support for diversity in the workplace. As such, I established Emmbr’s ‘Peak program’ supporting women in leadership. We meet quarterly to discuss business challenges, share strategy and program experiences, and provide career coaching, helping women meet the Peak of their career potential.
At Emmbr, we are absolutely ambitious for success but recognise that it will be best achieved when we put helping others first. We are energised, we have great fun, and we banter with each other whilst also being respectful and hard-working. It is a unique culture and an exciting group to be part of.
A fun fact about me is that I hate heights, yet jumped out of an aeroplane and completed a tandem paraglide. I love books and reading in peace and quiet, but also am a convert to audible books and podcasts. I am also learning to play golf and keep fit by swimming and walking my labradoodle, Archie.
