Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in the utilities sector and metering. This is a career-defining opportunity to work on major greenfield transformation initiatives, where you'll help design, document, and deliver systems and processes from the ground up.

You'll play a central role in bridging the gap between the business and technology teams, and you'll be trusted to lead the discovery, analysis, and design phases of two key strategic programs.

What You'll Be Doing

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties to gather, define, and validate requirements
- Mapping out end-to-end business processes and supporting system integration and data migration efforts
- Acting as the critical link between IT and business, ensuring that technical delivery is aligned with operational needs
- Working across greenfield initiatives to define scalable, future-ready solutions
- Supporting vendor and regulatory engagement where system and business alignment is essential

What You Must Bring

- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the utilities sector
- Hands-on experience with metering systems-ideally across both business process and system integration dimensions
- Strong background in business process mapping, systems analysis, and data migration
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including with external vendors or regulators
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving project environments, with a proactive and structured approach to delivery
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
