Project Manager - Transformation, Hybrid, Northern Suburbs

This leading provider of secure logistics is building a high-performing team for a multi-year transformation program.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager within this critical program, you will report directly to the Program Manager and be responsible for driving results across multiple project streams. You will collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) from Customer, Operations, IT, and the PMO, as well as external vendors and fellow PMs, BAs, and Change Managers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your project management expertise and contribute to a significant business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and deliver project outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication plans.
- Effectively manage project resources, including internal SMEs and external vendors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Customer, and Operations (including blue-collar teams) to ensure project success.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Report regularly on project progress to the Program Manager and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

About You

- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally within complex transformation programs.
- Experience in Logistics, Finance, Freight, or Accounting transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across different teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with both internal resources and external vendors.
