Identity Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to join a healthcare organisation based in Melbourne or Perth. As part of a long-term Identity project, you will help build and enhance IAM solutions from the ground up.

You will work with industry-leading technologies such as SailPoint and CyberArk, connecting and integrating applications like Workday, and engineering custom solutions. This is a great opportunity to have a lasting impact in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

About the role:

• Design, implement, and manage identity management solutions as part of a long-term IAM project.
• Work with SailPoint, CyberArk and EntraID to create and manage secure access for applications like Workday.
• Develop custom integrations and troubleshoot complex IAM-related issues.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of identity services across systems.
• Drive best practices in identity governance, security, and access control to enhance operational efficiency.

About you:

• Proven experience with identity technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta or EntraID particularly in identity management and access governance.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies, with hands-on experience integrating applications like Workday.
• Ability to design and implement custom identity solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Knowledge of industry standards in identity security and governance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive project success.
